This standard deals with milk processing machinery and plant for acceptance, stacking, cleaning as soon as treatment and processing of raw milk, milk concentrate and other milk starting products and the subsequently allocation of the products for the further usage. It describes the basic requirements and particularities of milk processing Plant technics. Requirements for milk processing machinery and plant for the further processing of treated milk and milk products for the production e. g. of cheese and cream cheese, butter, curdled milk products, ice cream, condensed milk and powdered milk products are not included.
