Summary
The document specifies guidelines for testing and assessment of the resistance to penetration and come-off time for multi-path beverage bottles as an overall system including substrates, printing inks film and if necessary lacquer coating. The results only apply for the tested combination of substrate and printing ink. The test also reserves the assessment of applicability of printing ink and paper for printing of labels. It applies for labels made of paper or metallic paper.
