Against DIN 18852:1981-08 requirements for the HKI-qualitymark added, sections 2 overworked, hygienic aspects integrated, title changed and requirements and testing hot cupboard removed.

A transition period, as set out in DIN 18852 (2022-10), exists until 2023-03-31.
