Summary
This supplement to DIN 19051-3 describes gray panels with outer dimensions of 120 mm x 120 mm, of which the gray box A has a reflection factor of R 457 = (50 ± 3)%, and the gray box B has a reflection factor of R 457 = (6 ± 0.8)% . Each pair of gray panels used together with the test fields of the test sheet (DIN 19051-2 Supplement 1) serve to build a test panel to check the original negatives for the microfilming of technical drawings according to DIN 19051-3.
