DIN 4103-2:2017-02

This standard is to be applied in the construction of internal non-loadbearing partitions made of gypsum blocks in accordance with DIN EN 12859. It specifies under which the requirements of DIN 4103-1 can be deemed to have been fulfilled. Executed appropiately the partitions provide fire protection, thermal and sound insulation. The partitions can be executed as single- or multi-layers but also as composite constructions in case of special fire protection requirements or huge wall heights.
