The document gives determinations for the graphical representation of drilled wells and ground water measuring points. The representation covers mainly the relevant data of the well drilling, the well construction, the worked in bulk materials as well as data for the demolition and redevelopment of wells. Beside the determinations for drawing and graphical determinations information about sign colours and verbal reports is given. In informative annexes are given samples and performances for the representation of the technical and hydrological data.
