Summary

This standard specifies the headform impact test for testing the behaviour of safety glasses (toughened glass, laminated glass, plastics and glass-plastics-laminates) for a road vehicles under impact from a blunt bulky object. The dropping object is a 5 kg or 10 kg phantom head fitted with receivers for acceleration.
