Summary
This standard describes the abrasion test for determining the behaviour of glass and transparent plastics against sliding wear, preferably of safety glazing materials for road vehicles. The abrasion test is carried out by the taber abraser. The abrasion is measured by the increase of the light scattered by the specimen.
