Summary

This document specifies a method for the determination of alkane monosulphonates content in technical alkane sulphonates with small quantities of paraffins. It is applicable to all alkali metal salts of the products of sulphochlorination and sulphooxidation of paraffins. The document supersedes the withdrawn DIN ISO 3206:1979 with the same title.
