Summary

The standard comprises specifications on determination of density with Hubbard pycnometer of all granular types of weakly acidic and strongly acidic cation exchangers and weakly basic and strongly basic anion exchangers in defined ionic form according DIN 54402 or DIN 54403. The method is not applicable to ion exchangers in grinded or liquid form.
