Captive C-washers according to the document are components for fixtures. Combined with pan head screws according to DIN 923 and hexagon nuts according to DIN 6331 they can be used on milling, drilling and grinding fixtures (e.g. NC-machining centers) for a quick and simple clamping of the workpiece.
