Summary

The standard specifies a classification of burning behaviour of upholstered compounds. By applying the standard the basic requirements as laid down in DIN 66080 have to be taken into account accordingly. The classification of upholstered compounds is carried out according to three different methods of test and three standards for testing. The test results provide the basics to the requirements laid down in the different classes.
