DIN 6650-8:2009-12

This part of DIN 6650 specifies technical and hygienc requirements for water dispense systems (point of use water coolers) for dispense of water with and without admixture of basic materials. It comprises technical requirements and requirements for the operation of dispense systems for water and beverages as food. These requirements are specified giving due consideration to any known risks. This part of DIN 6650 is not applicable to certification of products in the meaning of the Drinking-Water Ordinance (Trinkwasserverordnung - TrinkwV). For this purpose it is referred to the DVGW Process Sheet W 516 (DVGW-Arbeitsblatt W 516 - DVGW W 516).
