DIN 69090-3:2011-12

This standard specifies the technical conditions and requirements on the machining with tools with geometrically defined cutting edges with the minimal quantity lubrication (MQL). The specifications given in this standard also include an application for processing in the conventional use of cooling lubricants (emulsions). The complete system includes the MQL processing technology - Machine tool, - MQL device, - Machine-side interface of the MQL tool holder, - interface points on the tool side of the MQL tool holder, - Tools as described in DIN 69090-1 to DIN 69090-3.
