DIN EN 12981:2010-06

This standard is applicable to all spray booths for application of organic coating powder, called in this standard 'powder spray booths'. Powder spray booths are classified in Annex A. The limits of the powder spray booth are indicated in 3.1. This standard details all anticipated significant hazards (listed in 4) associated with the equipment and specifies the appropriate safety requirements (listed in 5) to be met by the manufacturer to ensure the safety of persons and property during commissioning, start-up, operation, shut-down and maintenance.
