Summary

This European standard applies to design and manufacturing of curing injection machines. The machines described in this standard are used for injecting of curing liquid or other fluids into meat, game and fish with hollow needles. Curing injection machines for domestic purposes are not covered by this standard. This standard only applies to machines which are manufactured after the date of issue of this standard.
