Summary
This European Standard specifies communication protocols for retransmission in wireless meter readout networks. This includes relaying as well as simple repeating. This European Standard covers the lower protocol layers and the Management Applications for retransmission. The standard covers the SRD-band and the dedicated meter reading frequency bands. This document extends the capabilities specified in EN13757-4. The standard is not applicable to retransmission using multiple frequency bands.
