Summary
DIN EN 15426 specifies an application programming interface for querying learning object repositories (Simple Query Interface - SQI). SQI makes no assumptions about the query language or result formats. SQI supports synchronous scenarios (target returns query results to the source) scenarios and asynchronous scenarios (result retrieval is target-initated).
