Summary
This standard specifies the means to be used to prevent the pollution of potable water inside premises and the general requirements of protection devices to avoid pollution by backflow. The amendments in this version of standard concentrate on adaptation of the actual state of the art and on transformation of details in National Annex NA of DIN EN 1717:2001-05 into normative statements in DIN 1988-100.
