DIN EN 1806:2006-10

The project is a product standard for clay/ceramic flue blocks with solid walls or walls with vertical perforations. Blocks may be either bonded or not bonded into a wall. When they are installed, they will form a single-wall chimney which will serve to convey products of combustion from fireplaces or heating appliances to the atmosphere. The project includes components used for domestic and industrial chimneys which are not structurally independent (freestanding). The project specifies the performance requirements for factory-made flue blocks.
