This standard specifies the dimensional characteristics of the 8°30' interface for adaptors, threaded, with lock-ring, assembly with elastomer O ring for aerospace applications. This standard applies to all adaptors, threaded, with lockring assembled to EN 2607 and used in hydraulic systems with a maximum pressure of 28000 kPa for which the principle of a metric size 'dynamic beam seal' coupling with a 8°30' conical sealing surface has been selected.
