Summary
To determine the suitability of electrotechnical products, primarily for equipment, for use and storage under conditions of high humidity. This test is primarily intended to permit the observation of the effect of high humidity at constant temperature without condensation of the specimen over a prescribed period.
Notes
DIN IEC 60068-2-3 (1986-12) and DIN IEC 60068-2-56 (1990-07) remain valid alongside this standard until 2004-10-01.*A transition period, as set out in DIN EN 60068-2-78 (2014-02), exists until 2015-12-03.
