DIN EN 60300-1:2010-10

This part of IEC 60300 provides a framework for dependability management of technological systems including processes, products and services. It presents guidance on planning and implementation of dependability disciplines throughout the system life cycle to facilitate effective management coordination, resource allocation, assessment and control, review and assurance. Dependability management of in-house designs and outsourced products and services is dealt with by means of a tailoring process. This standard is applicable to organizations, management and technical personnel requiring guidance on applications of relevant dependability disciplines to manage and sustain, as well as to enhance viable operations and achieve dependability objectives.
