Summary
This International Standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for steel drill pipes for use in drilling and production operations in petroleum and natural gas industries. It covers three Product Specification Levels (PSL-1, PSL-2 and PSL-3). It covers drill pipes of 'Grade E' as well as high strength 'Grades X, G and S'. It contains lists of drill pipes, main dimensions and masses specified in SI units and USC USC units. Upon agreement between parties concerned, this standard may also be used for drill pipe with tool joints not specified by ISO or API standards.
