Summary
In this document the concepts needed to define specification operators for cylindricity of integral features are specified. Evaluating form deviations always includes certain filtering, and additional filtering can be appropriate. The additional filter may be a Gaussian, a spline, a wavelet, or a similar filter as well as an e. g. morphological filter. The filter influences the definition of cylindricity and therefore has to be indicated unambiguously.
