Summary
This Standard specifies a method for the determination of the content of the different glucosinolates in rapeseeds (colza) using high-performance liquid chromatography. This method does not determine glucosinolates which are substituted on the glucose molecule, but these compounds are of little importance in commercial rapeseed.
