DIN SPEC 74118:2016-11

The specification series Road vehicles - R744 air conditioning systems is used for the standardization of components of the R744 refrigerant circuit for passenger car and accordingly for the standardization of requirements for these components. Likewise procedural requirements for the development and qualification are described. So the components can be used in the same or similar design in all R744 vehicle air conditioning systems. DIN SPEC 74115 is applicable to R744 air-conditioning systems and specifies the requirements from the viewpoint of the vehicle manufacturer for quality, strength and service life for CO2-sensores that are operated in refrigeration circuits using refrigerant R744, and it also specifies the appropriate tests.
