The aim of this manual is to promote uniformity of implementation of the technical procedures of Annex 16 "Environmental Protection, Volume IV" Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) by providing: (1) guidance to States, aeroplane operators, verification bodies and other interested parties regarding the intended meaning of the Standards in the current edition of the Volume; (2) guidance on specific methods that are
