Ada packages that specify general purpose test support data types and services for A Broad-Based Environment for Test (ABBET) are defined. They are to be used to support the specification, implementation, and use of the other IEEE ABBET component standards. ABBET uses the features of Ada to specify a comprehensive environment for integrating product design data, test requirements/strategies, and test results management in the implementation of automated test systems and test control programs.
