This document does not apply to: — equipment manufactured before the date of its publication; — ordinary office equipment used for digital printing and paper processing, such as digital printers, photocopiers, sorters, binders and staplers, intended for use outside the printing and paper industry; — slitter-rewinders and cutters for finishing operations (cutters with reels); — office assemblers equipped with friction feeders; — mail processing machines; — machines used for packaging (shaping, filling and closing packages); — textile printing presses.
