This guideline describes the basic principles, aspects of the effects and statements to the prognosis security. With dynamic effects on buildings in principle different boundary conditions can be drawn near for the evaluation of the effects. By the three possibilities - load-carrying capacity, durability and usability - in this guideline the usability is treated. The dynamic effects and stimulation types of machines, traffic, persons, building measures and the wind explicitly are transacted. The moreover one the approach and prognosis fuzziness are introduced when build-dynamic planning and interpretation.
