Summary

The Draft Guideline Revision includes addenda for data reconciliation like treatment of auxiliary variables and offers further details for the estimation of the quality of measured values. With respect to the investigation of the various influences on the uncertainty of result variables equations are given which allow to find out reasons for serious errors. Additionally, in an annex criteria for certification of software according to this guideline are given.
