VDI 2083 Blatt 12:2000-01 (R2015)

The document complements Guideline VDI 2083 Part 2 with regard to safty and environmentally relevant measures necessary to control the effects which are common to all systems. Due to the wide variety of products, processes, tasks and constructional conditions applicable to cleanrooms, a guide with general comments on procedures is presented in this part of the guideline. These procedures are nor only applicable to new, modernized or disamssembled construction, but also to the extensions or close down of cleanroom installations. The correct method of disposal of installation components and operating materials is also discussed.
