The document applies to ventilation and air conditioning systems in accordance with DIN 1946-1 in gravure printing works for illustration and packaging gravure printing. It applies to ventilation and air conditioning systems in operating rooms. The ventilation equipment should not be dimensioned on the basis of empirical values, e.g. air change, but instead according to the anticipated substance and heat loads. To do this, it is necessary at the planning stage to take account of the released loads as well as the boundary conditions of production and space.
