The eligibility requirements and knowledge referred to in this guideline are seen as minimum requirements for the future crane-driver. Because the way of knowledge transfer is free, a training on the basis of this guideline is a good starting point for the subsequent use of the employee as a crane-driver. There are additional requirements for tower cranes and mobile cranes which are not covered in this guideline.
