VDI 2248 Blatt 1:2017-01

The series of standards VDI 2248 serves the material design and functional design of technical solutions with shape memory alloys. The target group is product planners and product developers in production companies, as well as suppliers of corresponding materials, test institutes and construction service providers. The standard describes the basics and already implemented applications, defines uniform terminology in the entire area of the shape memory technology.
