This guideline series is addressed to all groups involved in equipment and material lifecycles (e.g. legislators, producers, dealers, importers, equipment users and disposal operators). The purpose of Part 3 is to provide concrete instructions for action and recommendations (e.g. minimum standards) for the disassembly of waste electrical and electronic equipment, in order to safeguard investments and develop new rationalisation and investment potentials.
