VDI 3451:2018-02

This standard covers the generation, prevention, control and measurement of hydrogen chloride-containing emissions released from hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid production and processing plants. Moreover, it deals with processes generating hydrogen chloride as a reaction by-product. This Draft VDI Standard Revision contains only the proposed amendments to the currently valid Standard VDI 3451:2004-10, but not its complete text. This Draft VDI Standard Revision applies only in conjunction with the Standard VDI 3451:2004-10. The final version of this VDI Standard is adopted after processing of the received comments.
