VDI 3475 Blatt 5:2015-10

The standard describes the state of the art for facilities for the fermentation of biological waste with special consideration of the resulting air contaminants such as odours, air pollutants, greenhouse gases, dust and bioaerosols. Also those facilities are taken into account, which were originally conceived purely as composting plants and converted into fermentation plants. Not covered by the standard are agricultural facilities and facilities for mixed municipal waste.
