The guideline describes a dynamic procedure for the preparation of calibration gas mixtures in which gas-mixing pumps (piston dosing pumps) are employed for dosing a gaseous constituent and a complementary gas. The calibration gas mixtures can be prepared in a range of volume ratio from 1 % to 99 % with a relative error of less than 0,25 %.
