Sorting systems for parcel goods are offered in a variety of classes in terms of performance and complexity. The standard is intended as a basis for the configuration of sorting in the technical point of view for both the manufacturer and the operator. In addition to the general description of sorting systems, sorting goods and aspects of the design, a checklist with important points serves as the basis for the technical realisation. The standard applies to sorting systems of parcel goods, where a distinction is made in regards to hanging garments, bottles, letters and waste.
