This guideline gives guidance in specifying process and operating conditions for pneumatic conveying systems to clearly address the technical characteristics to be agreed between the contracting parties, to avoid, to the greatest extent possible, insufficient information and misunderstandings. The technical conditions for which a pneumatic conveying system has been designed and under which it is intended to operate are essential here. The information listed in Section 3 serves this purpose.
