The estimation of vehicle related impacts is based on european and national legislation. In most cases of the calculation of vehicle related impacts it is to prove that the conditions of 39. BImSchV or Directive 200/8/50EG are maintained. This guideline gives quality assurance measures concerning the performance and presentation of dispersion calculations in accordance with vehicle related impacts. The moving or the static traffic can be the object of these examinations. The scope of this guideline extents from the analysis of single section of roads to the calculation of the impact of relevant urban road systems. According to the questionnaire and the needed accuracy different methods are used to calculate the impact. Therefore a distinction is made between screening and detailed calculation methods as well as regional models.This guideline may be used as a help to establish or to check studies and expertises.
