Summary
The standard specifies the procedure for preparing samples from construction and demolition waste and recycled materials derived from it, when they are to be investigated qualitatively for the presence of asbestos. It also defines a quantitative method for determining the asbestos content in the samples. The standard applies to samples taken in accordance with DIN 19698 or LAGA PN 98.
