The document describes investigation methods to determine existing or possible annoyance due to odour-intensive substances. In each survey zone, a minimum number of househoulds, varying according to the survey goal (one respondent per household) is to be covered. From the results it should be possible to identify parameters enabling the annoyance due to sensorily mediated environmental stimuli to be rendered objectifiable and quantifiable.
