Hygienic requirements for the production and aseptically filling of beverage and dairy products - Courses of hygienic instruction

Summary

The high hygienic demands of production and aseptically filling of microbiologically sensible beverage and dairy products require a personnel´s extended knowledge and experience. It is recommended to provide hygienic courses of the categories A and B described in this guideline in the contract for the hygienically oriented planning, construction, operation and maintenance of plants for production and filling of beverage and dairy products. Subjects of a course according to VDI 4066 Part 2 are the guidelines VDI 4066 Part 1 (beverages) and VDI 4066 Part 4 (dairy products).
