VDI 4441 Blatt 2:2012-09

This guideline provides a comprehensive overview on the technology of electrical monorail systems (EMS) and aims at clearly and consistently defining terms for EMS users and manufacturers. This consistent terminology is a prerequisite of a smooth communication without misunderstandings between manufacturers and users. Based on the guidelines VDI 3643 and VDI 4441 Part 1, the contained EMS check list is intended as a planning aid for specific applications. It contains a catalogue of all relevant planning data describing the planning task and planning environment.
