The standard is intended as a source of information for all persons who are required to consider technical rules in the planning, execution, evaluation and operation of the technical building services or its scientific debate. The standard facilitates the understanding of contents of technical rules for users such as consulting engineers, planners, exporting companies, operators and possibly lawyers.
