The guideline is valid for the reconstruction of drinking water installations that are damaged internally. The aim of the renovation is to restore the usability of the drinking water system as stipulated. It describes the planning, methods, procedure and quality assurance of the reconstruction. The guideline applies in the event of insurance claims and measures carried out after the end of the warranty period. It can also be implemented dureing the warranty period with the agreement of the parties to the contract.
