A specimen project is at the centre of this guideline, which consists of real estate, including a building. The specimen building is an administration building with mixed use. The project serves solely in working through the various services and tasks, which arise within the scope of faciliy managment and specifically in this case in the building management sector, and explaining the individual stages of work.
